Download the client
  1. Create an account on this page (or with Create Account in the client).
  2. Unzip Toontown.zip and double-click Play.bat.
  3. Log in with that username. Make a Toon. District is Toon Valley.

Windows 10/11, 64-bit. If Windows asks for a missing DLL, install the Visual C++ Redistributable (x64). Fan server — not affiliated with Disney.
